Job summary

Marshfield Health Services, a North Shore Health community, is hiring Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) with new increased wages of $22.00–$25.50 per hour. New graduates are encouraged to apply; hands-on training and ongoing support are provided.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN/casual opportunities across all shifts based on facility needs. Join a supportive skilled nursing and rehabilitation team focused on compassionate, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved nursing assistant training and competency program.
• Compassion for older adults and a positive approach to long-term care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, volunteers, and staff.
• Ability to communicate in English and meet all legal health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor, perform resident/patient care activities and related services for personal needs, safety and comfort.
• Contribute to a positive physical, social and psychological environment while following center policies and procedures.
