Birch Hill Health Services is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants with NEW INCREASED WAGES. Earn $20.50–$23.75 per hour across shifts. New graduates are encouraged to apply; hands-on training and ongoing support are provided.

Under supervision of the Nurse Supervisor, CNAs deliver resident care, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain a safe, supportive environment. North Shore Healthcare values compassion and professional development.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved nursing assistant training and competency program.
• Compassion for older adults and a positive approach to long-term care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident/patient care activities under supervision and in accordance with policy.
• Assist in maintaining safety, comfort, and a positive environment for residents.
• Follow all center policies and procedures and document care as required.
