Marshfield Health Services in Wisconsin is hiring a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) with NEW increased wages. This role offers an hourly wage of $22.00–$25.50 and opportunities across shifts.

New graduates are encouraged to apply; hands-on training and ongoing support are provided to help you grow in a compassionate nursing environment. Under supervision, you will assist residents with daily living activities, ensure safety, and contribute to a positive care setting.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved nursing assistant training and competency program.
• Compassion for older adults and a positive approach to long-term care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, volunteers, and staff.
• Ability to communicate in English and meet all legal health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of the Nurse Supervisor, perform resident/patient care activities and related services for personal needs, safety and comfort as assigned.
• Assist in providing a positive physical, social and psychological environment while following Center policies and procedures.
