Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-Winona is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. You will provide direct resident care, observe changes, and communicate with RNs/LPNs while documenting in the POC system.

This evening shift runs 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm with every other weekend, offering a stable full-time schedule and competitive pay. We value compassion, dignity, and respect for residents and teamwork across our Minnesota campus.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Additional Information

0.8 FTE, 64 hours/2 weeks

Your final wage compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that entry-level candidates to this role should expect to be at the lower end of the wage range and hiring at the maximum of the wage range is not typical.
