Job summary

Benedictine is hiring CNAs to join our compassionate team serving residents in Minnesota. As a CNA-NAR you will be on the front lines, providing direct care with dignity and respect, while supporting residents’ choices within their lives.

The role requires CNA licensure in the state, good communication skills, and ability to read and write English. You will chart in the POC system, report changes to nursing staff, and demonstrate strong time management.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification as a CNA must be maintained.

Responsibilities
