Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - O'ahu is seeking warm Nurse Aides (NAs) and CNAs to help local seniors stay independent at home in Ewa Beach, O'ahu. Part-Time or Full-Time options with flexible hours and weekly pay.

You'll assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, medication reminders, provide companionship, monitor health changes, and accompany clients to appointments and outings around the island. A Hawaii NA/CNA certification and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii.
• Experience in senior care is a plus, not a must.
• Clear communication and ability to work solo or as part of a team.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with hands-on lifting and mobility support.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders.
• Be a friendly face and a source of comfort and companionship.
• Notice health or mood changes and speak up when it matters.
• Team up with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals on each client's care.
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and outings around the island.
