Job summary

Menno Haven Memory Homes in Chambersburg, PA is seeking a Memory Care Team Member (CNA) for part-time 6:00 am – 2:30 pm. You will work on-site in our Memory Care houses, providing personalized care and support while helping residents with daily living, dining, and activities.

You will collaborate with the Memory Care Director and fellow team members to create a homelike environment for residents with dementia, emphasizing person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older (required)
• High School Diploma, GED, or active registry status on the Pennsylvania nurse aide registry (required)
• CPR certification or be willing to become certified (preferred)
• First Aid certification or be willing to become certified (preferred)
• ServeSafe Education (Preferred)
• Demonstrates the ability and willingness to obtain Certified Medication Technician (Med Tech) certification and perform duties within the scope of practice as required to meet business needs.

Responsibilities
