Job summary

Eagle's View Supportive Living and Memory Care in Rantoul, IL is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our team. You will provide hands-on care, assist with ADLs, monitor residents, and support a safe, respectful living environment. Shifts available: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM.

Current Illinois CNA certification is required, along with a high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication skills to work with residents, families, and the care team.

Qualifications

• Must hold current CNA certification in Illinois.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure and temperature.
• Assist with medication administration under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
