Job summary

LAJHealth is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A.)/Med-Tech for Fountainview at Eisenberg Village in California, offering full-time employment. This role includes preparing and administering medications, assisting residents with daily living activities, and monitoring their health. The ideal candidate will possess a current CNA certification and preferably have experience in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification by the State of California.
• Previous experience in Long Term Care preferred.
• Experience with residents suffering from Alzheimer’s or dementia is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, and document medications accurately.
• Assist residents with ADLs and transportation.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident's conditions.
