Job summary

Croasdaile Village seeks a CNA/Med Tech (Assisted Living/Memory Care) to provide medications, resident care, and documentation under RN supervision at our Durham, NC location. The role includes 7:00am-7:30pm shifts on a PRN basis with preference for both CNA and Medication Technician certification.

Must have NC CNA certification in good standing and recent Med Tech experience in an assisted living or memory care setting. Vaccination status may be requested; E/O weekend coverage may apply.

Qualifications

• CNA Certification in good standing with NC is required.
• Current experience working as a Med Tech in Assisted Living or memory care is required.
• Completion of Medication Aide Written Exam is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify resident identity and record medications and dosages.
• Ensure MAR accuracy and authorization for medications.
• Administer medications and observe resident responses.
• Provide direct resident care (bathing, dressing, feeding) and document care.
• Maintain medication inventories and restock supplies.
