Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC seeks compassionate CNAs and caregivers for Cypress Palms ALF in Largo, FL. Positions include evenings (2 PM–10 PM) and overnights (10 PM–6 AM) as well as full-time care of residents according to established plans.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility, safety, and timely reporting of changes to nursing staff. Prior experience in home care or assisted living preferred; EHR documentation familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with daily living activities (ADLs) and resident comfort.
• Familiarity with long-term care or assisted living settings preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and document care accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility.
• Aid in transferring and mobility using safe techniques.
• Communicate changes to nurse or supervisor promptly.
