Job summary

Simpson seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Med-Tech responsibilities to join our clinical staff in Jenners Pond, PA. You will provide daily resident care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management, under licensed supervision.

You will document care, communicate with families, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic, compassionate care while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Pennsylvania.
• Completion of a state-approved training program for Nursing Assistants.
• Knowledge of medication administration procedures and protocols.
• Compassionate and empathetic nature with a strong desire to help others.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Med-Tech Training and Certification provided free of charge within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management.
• Administer medications accurately and safely under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Document resident care and medication administration according to facility policies.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized environment to promote safety.
