Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have successfully completed the Certified Nursing Assistant program or a Patient Care Technician certificate.
• Some experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Obtain vital signs and document findings.
• Communicate information to staff and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Follow safety and confidentiality guidelines and assist with daily living activities as needed.
