Job summary

United Methodist Communities' Pitman Manor is hiring a Healthcare Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Earn $23.00 to $25.55 per hour, plus $2.00/hr evenings/nights and $1.50/hr weekends. Full-Time and Part-Time day and evening shifts are available.

You will provide hands-on daily living assistance, document care, monitor wellbeing, support mobility, and communicate changes to the nursing team. NJ CNA certification and a high school diploma or GED are required, along with being 18 or older.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
• Deliver resident-centered care in accordance with individualized service plans and maintain accurate documentation.
• Monitor resident well-being through routine check-ins and meaningful daily interactions.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, dining support, and the safe use of adaptive equipment.
• Communicate observations and changes in resident health or behavior to the nursing team.
• Build positive relationships with residents and share personal preferences to support a more individualized care experience.
