Heritage Care Center in Nebraska is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Medication Aide (MA) to join our team. You will deliver quality resident care, assist with daily living activities, and support a compassionate, respectful community.

This full-time, on-site role offers a 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM shift, holiday rotations, and a range of benefits including education assistance, loan reimbursement, commuter mileage, and health coverage for staff working 24+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Current Nebraska CNA certification or eligible Medication Aide certification.
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work a 6:00 PM–6:30 AM shift with holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Administer medications according to regulations and facility policies (MA).
• Observe, report, and document changes in resident condition.
• Support resident safety, comfort, and wellbeing.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
