Nebraska Medicine’s Bennington Health Center is seeking a CNA or Medical Assistant to join our team in Bennington, NE. In this role you will room patients, obtain vitals and histories, and assist with examinations and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized clinic space.

The position offers full-time hours, Monday through Friday, with standard business hours. CNA or MA program graduate consideration, plus BLS and Nebraska CNA certification requirements, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 16 years of age.
• CNA certification in Nebraska required.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire (AHA-endorsed).
• Medication Aide certification may be required after hire in outpatient settings.
• Graduate of an approved Medical Assistant Program.
• BLS within 30 days of hire.
• If required to administer medications, registration on Medication Aid Registry within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, obtain vital signs and health histories.
• Assist with examinations and procedures.
• Maintain exam rooms and supplies; document patient information.
• Support efficient patient flow and clinic operations.
