Qualifications

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents as needed.

Responsibilities

• Record all entries on Medication Administration Record (MAR).
• Use the photo card to identify residents before administering medications.
• Report accidents and incidents observed during the shift.
• Use authorized abbreviations when recording information.
• Report all changes in the resident's condition to the Charge Nurse.
