Job summary

Sands Point Center for Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care in a luxurious, resort-like setting on Long Island. Qualifications

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse
• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and using the bathroom
• Monitor patients' vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
• Report any changes in patients' condition to the nursing team
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
