Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care and support facility policies and PRIDE values. You will complete required training hours and assist with ADLs, documentation, and basic care tasks.

The position involves a two-week rotating night schedule (7p-7a) with a $5/hour night premium when applicable. The role requires MO or KS CNA certification as appropriate, CPR preferred, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• MO CNA certification required if working in MO; KS CNA and Home Health aide certification required if working in KS.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with ADLs per scope of practice.
• Record temperatures, pulses, respirations, and blood pressures accurately.
• Keep residents clean, dry, and comfortable.
• Report information to supervising nurse promptly.
• Complete required nursing care documentation and charting.
• May perform custodial, food service, and escort duties as needed.
• Assist residents with eating when necessary.
• Participate in care planning and case conferences as required.
• Adhere to safety regulations and department policies.
