Job summary

Providence Kodiak Island Medical Center in Kodiak, AK seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide clinical and clerical support in the Long Term Care department, assisting residents with daily living activities and life engagement in a home-like setting.

Description

The Certified Nursing Assistant provides a wide verity of clinical and clerical support to the Long Term Care department and other departments in accordance with Providence philosophy, objectives, policies, procedures and standards. The Certified Nursing Assistant performs basic provides routine nursing and household duties/tasks to promote a resident directed model of care in the home-like setting. These duties/tasks center around the residents by assisting them in all activities of daily living and life engagement.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
