Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in direct patient care as delegated by RN.
• Perform basic technical skills: vital signs, CPR, wound care as directed.
• Assist with personal care and daily activities.
• Support patient mobility and transfers.
• Stock and maintain unit supplies.
• Document patient data.
• Provide clerical support as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
