Avera Mother Joseph Manor Retirement Community in Aberdeen, SD is seeking a Weekend-Only CNA to join a multidisciplinary team focused on Moving Health Forward for our residents.

Work weekends only on Day or Evening shifts (32 hrs/2 wks) with a 25% premium on base rate and weekend differential. You will provide direct resident care, assist with daily living activities, and support families within a compassionate care environment.

Qualifications

• Must be CNA licensed in the state of practice within 120 days.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team.
• Visual acuity adequate to perform position duties.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct, personal care and services to residents.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living.
• Performs routine vital signs and documents information.
• Restocks supplies and maintains a clean unit.
• Supports families with emotional, educational and spiritual needs.
