Pinnacle Health & Rehab of North Berwick is hiring a Full-Time CNA for the 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM day shift. Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with compassion and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meals.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team.

What You'll Do

As a CNA at Pinnacle, you’ll play an important role in helping our residents feel safe, comfortable, respected, and cared for.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meals

• Taking and recording vital signs and reporting changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team

• Helping residents maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life

• Providing compassionate, person-centered care

• Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents

• Working closely with nurses and other members of the care team

• Completing required documentation and participating in ongoing training
