Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) incl. bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, mobility.
• Record vital signs accurately and report abnormalities to nursing staff.
• Maintain infection control and PPE protocols; support safe patient handling and fall prevention.
• Document care in the electronic health record (EHR) thoroughly and promptly.
• Assist with transport of patients, specimens, and equipment as needed.
