OSF HealthCare seeks a Patient Care Technician/Certified Nursing Assistant (PCT/CNA) to provide safe basic patient care, including vital signs, activities of daily living, specimen collection, and observation for changes. You will document data in patient charts and coordinate with the care team to ensure continuity of care on the unit.

The role is hourly, with a pay range of $18.98–$22.34 per hour, and compensation based on experience, skills, and internal equity.

Qualificações

• CNA-Certified Nurses Assistant (required).
• CPR American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS (required).
• Preferred qualifications include High School Diploma or GED, 6 months clinical healthcare experience, and supporting patient needs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safe basic care to patients, including taking vitals and assisting with activities of daily living.
• Record information in patient charts and communicate with other Patient Care Team members to ensure continuity of care.
• May supervise patients as needed and adapt to department expectations.
