Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide Instructor to lead the CNA curriculum, prepare students for certification, and support their successful entry into the healthcare field. Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN/LPN or RN license in good standing with the Texas Board of Nursing (TBON).
• At least one year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience within the past 10 years.
• Must obtain HHSC approval to serve as a Certified Nurse Aide Instructor.
• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of training, teaching, or classroom facilitation; relevant certification/licensure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Must meet physical requirements and have driving and travel capability with valid license and auto insurance.

Responsabilités

• Teach approved CNA curriculum and prepare students for certification exams.
• Provide instruction aligned with syllabus and lesson plans.
• Submit attendance, grades, and progress reports on schedule.
• Maintain student records and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
