Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and passion for resident/patient care.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus.
• Able to communicate positively and effectively with residents, families, staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist CNAs in direct resident care according to treatment plans.
• Help with oral hygiene, bathing, dressing, and room cleanliness.
• Complete assignments and hands-on learning activities.
• Attend classroom activities, orientation, and on-the-job trainings.
• Provide safe bedside care with integrity and compassion.
• Communicate effectively with residents and nursing team to ensure quality care.
• Accompany residents to activities and functions.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Build relationships with patients, families, and team members.
• Comply with HIPAA due to access to protected health information.
• Study and take the state-administered CNA exam.
