Qualifications

• Experience providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Familiarity with gait belts and Hoyer lifts.
• Ability to perform light housekeeping and basic meal prep as part of daily care.

Responsibilities

• Performs personal care activities to assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Provides hospice supportive care and medication reminders as taught by a nurse.
• Supports mobility with ambulation/transfers and uses equipment like gait belts and Hoyer lifts.
