Qualifications

• Active CNA certification with Illinois Department of Public Health.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to document and maintain accurate records of resident care.
• Proficiency in English for medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Carries out nursing care with the scope of education/training and ability as assigned by charge nurse.
• Adheres to Presbyterian Living policies and standards of care.
• Guards residents’ rights and maintains privacy and confidentiality.
• Communicates properly with team, supervisors, and visitors.
• Interacts with residents to meet social and recreational needs and provide support.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Charge Nurse.
