Lifespace Communities in Prairie Village, KS seeks a Certified Nurse Aide to follow care plans, provide direct patient care, assist residents with daily living activities, and coordinate with the nursing team to ensure safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year working with the geriatric population.
• Certified nursing aide licensure required by state regulations.

Responsabilités

• Follow all care plan directives and administer direct patient care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers).
• Transport residents to dining rooms and events, observe needs, and report changes to the nurse.
• Coordinate with nursing team to record vital signs and maintain ADL records.
• Adhere to infection control standards and keep a clean, safe environment.
• Respond to call lights and assess residents' needs to ensure timely care.
