Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Follow care plan directives and administer direct patient care.
• Assist residents with daily living activities (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers).
• Initiate resident needs and report changes to the nurse.
• Record vital signs and maintain ADL records in coordination with nursing.
• Maintain infection control standards and a clean, safe environment.
• Respond promptly to call lights and assess resident needs.
