Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides basic care to patients under the supervision of a nurse.
• Performs activities of daily living and maintains a comfortable environment.
• Transports residents, supplies, equipment between units or discharge areas.
• Documents patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Organizes and maintains patient/resident areas and ensures rights are honored.
• Participates in departmental activities and follows guidelines.
• Performs clerical functions for the nursing unit.
• Performs related duties as required.
