Responsibilities

• Enhance residents' quality of life.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting, hygiene.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights.
• Prepare residents for therapy sessions, activities and appointments.
• Follow infection control procedures.
• Document and chart care for each resident.
• Protect residents' rights.
• Adhere to policies and standards.
