Qualifications

• Completion of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant Program is required.
• CNA licensure is required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record is required.
• 1–2 years of experience providing nursing services or an equivalent mix of training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize and provide basic nursing care under Nurse Manager supervision.
• Take vital signs, collect specimens, and monitor intake/output.
• Transport clients to medical appointments in the community and relay pertinent information.
• Assist in client care plan development under RN direction.
• Assist in orientation of new staff and maintain a clean, safe nursing station.
• Provide administrative support to the medical department as needed.
