Huntingdon Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. We offer weekend and weekday shifts with starting wages ranging from $17.50 to $23.50 per hour for full-time positions.

The role involves providing basic nursing care under supervision and assisting residents with daily living activities. We value growth, teamwork, and patient-centered care, with opportunities for ongoing education and advancement within a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid CNA certification.
• Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
• Assists residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care.
• Obtains food trays and assists residents with feeding.
• Assists residents with range of motion exercises, and movement to wheelchair or activity areas.
• Assists resident with turning and positioning in bed.
• Assists resident with ambulation for short distance in facility.
• Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output, as directed.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
