Haven Place, a premier residential, long-term, rehabilitation, and subacute care provider, is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. You will assist residents with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with the care team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Requires CNA certification and ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Compassionate, patient-focused caregiving is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and support to residents, including ADLs, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress.
• Assist with transferring, lifting, and mobility tasks as needed.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
