Adept Rehab and Nursing of Omaha is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Omaha. We welcome new grads. Full-time shifts 6 am-2:30 pm and 2 pm-10:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being.
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.
• Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
• Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the team.
