Job summary

Maple Crest Health Center in Omaha, NE is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) whose compassion will directly impact residents' lives. You will assist with ADLs, support care plans, and engage residents in activities, with shifts including 2:00 pm-10:00 pm, 6:00 am-2:00 pm, or 6:00 am-6:00 pm.

Active NE CNA certification required; LTC experience preferred. Excellent communication and a positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Active NE CNA certification required.
• Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to communicate with residents, families and team members.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming and eating.
• Support the implementation of individualized care plans.
• Engage residents in social activities and community events.
• Contribute to fostering a healthy and active lifestyle for residents.
• Help maintain residents' dignity, comfort, and well-being.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
