Onyx Wellness Center in Norristown, PA is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate daily care, including bathing, feeding support, and mobility assistance. Immediate openings with competitive hourly pay and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Current PA CNA certification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow care plans.
• Must meet health requirements (TB test and physical).
• Compassion, patience and responsibility.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
• Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Respond to call lights and resident requests promptly.
• Monitor resident health and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Assist with transporting residents to activities or appointments.
• Document care provided per facility protocols.
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team to deliver resident-centered care.
