Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in admission and orientation to the unit and routine.
• Provide direct patient care and respond to needs.
• Carry out delegated tasks per nursing plan of care.
• Maintain patient safety and proper use of equipment.
• Access supply rooms for patient care items.
• Keep unit clean, stocked, and cost-conscious.
• Participate in education and performance improvement activities.
• Demonstrate patient-focused service and teamwork.
