Job summary

Novant Health's Coastal Professional Nursing Resource Team is seeking a CNA I to provide patient assistance and maintain a safe, clean environment under RN supervision. The role includes rotating across five facilities within the Coastal market to meet patient care needs.

Requirements include high school or GED, one year in an acute hospital, and NC NA I licensure. Training in restrictive interventions must be completed within 3 months of hire.

Qualifications

• One year in an acute hospital setting.
• NA I licensure/certification required.
• NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document assistance to patients with activities of daily living.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment under the direction of a registered nurse.
• Support multiple units within the Coastal market to ensure patient care needs are met.
• Be part of the Regional Resource Team - CNA I across five facilities.
