Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED is required.
• Experience: One year in an acute hospital setting is required.
• Licensure/Certification: NA I is required.
• Additional Skills/Requirements: Basic computer skills for documentation.
• De-Escalation Techniques
• NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions within 3 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Provides and documents assistance to patients with activities of daily living and maintenance of a safe, clean environment under RN direction.
• Deliver safe, continuous quality patient care across multiple facilities as part of the Coastal PNRT CNA I team.
• Work within a market-based RN resource team assigned to five facilities to meet patient care needs.
