Orchard Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring a CNA-I to provide compassionate, hands-on care for residents in a welcoming, home-like environment. The CNA-I will perform ADLs under the supervision of licensed staff, ensuring safety and dignity in daily routines.

Qualifications

• Active CNA-I certification required in the state of employment (Maryland).
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills to follow directions accurately and consistently.
• Compassion, reliability, and commitment to providing quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and linens.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment to promote dignity and well-being.
• Support the nursing team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
