Westgate Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a CNA-I to provide compassionate resident care under licensed nursing supervision. You will assist with activities of daily living, observe residents, and communicate changes to the nursing team.

The role emphasizes dignity, safety, and high-quality daily care in a supportive setting. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with shifts from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am, with competitive pay of $17.50–$20/hour and same-day

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA-I (formerly GNA) certification in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
• Demonstrated compassion, reliability, and commitment to providing quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity, safety, and well-being.
• Support the nursing team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
