Job summary

Beaverton Post Acute is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our caring team in Beaverton, Oregon. We offer set schedules with no rotations for both skilled and long-term care residents, in a fast-paced facility environment.

Openings include Dayshift and Evening shifts with specific Friday/Saturday/Sunday patterns. Must have CNA certification in the state, high school diploma, and CPR is preferred. Six months of LTC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid CNA certification in the state of employment is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Six months of experience in a long-term care environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer nurse call system to determine resident needs.
• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care.
• Assist with feeding and meal trays; support residents during meals.
• Support range of motion exercises and ambulation as directed.
• Turn and position residents; help with transfers as needed.
• Document ADLs and care activities per facility policy.
