Constellation Hospice is seeking a Per Diem Hospice CNA in Waterville, Maine to support patients with personal care and comfort under physician orders and RN supervision.

Qualified candidates have state-approved CNA training with active certification, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and at least one year of hospice/home health experience is preferred. Proficiency with iOS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have successfully completed the CNA training and competency evaluation program approved by the state.
• CNA license must be active and in good standing.
• Must have a current driver's license and be willing to drive within an assigned territory.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• At least one year of experience and hospice and/or home health experience is strongly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of iOs operating system.
