Job summary

Harbor Healthcare System is seeking a full-time Out-Patient Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) for the Ft. Worth area. The role provides general medical care to patients in private homes under supervision of an RN.

Qualified candidates must be licensed CNAs in Texas; 1+ year experience preferred and hospice/home health exposure is a plus. Travel is required with reliable transportation; background check, drug screen, and driving record must be clean.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CNA in Texas.
• 1+ years of CNA experience preferred.
• Experience with Hospice or Home Health preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel with reliable transportation.
• Must have a clean background check, and pass a drug screen and driving record.
