Job summary

Harbor Healthcare System is seeking a part-time Out-Patient Certified Nursing Aide to provide in-home care in the Liberty area, under RN supervision. The role requires TX CNA licensure, reliable transportation, and the ability to work on-call for weekends as needed.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of CNA experience and prefer hospice or home health exposure. Applicants must pass a background check and a drug screen.

Qualifications

• Licensed CNA in Texas is required.
• 1+ years CNA experience preferred.
• Hospice or Home Health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general medical care and treatment to patients in private homes under RN direction.
• Travel to patient homes as required and maintain professional conduct.
