Job summary

Harbor Healthcare System in Tyler, TX is seeking a part-time Out-Patient Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) to provide general medical care to patients in private homes under the direction of an RN. This role supports hospice or home health patients in the Tyler area.

Typical hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, with On-Call and Weekend Rotation may be required. A TX CNA license and reliable transportation are required, with 1+ year experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed CNA in the State of Texas is required.
• 1+ years' experience as a CNA is preferred.
• Experience with Hospice or Home Health is preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel - must have reliable transportation.
