Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Hospice CNA for a full-time position to perform hospice visits in Berks County, PA. You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering home health aide, skilled nursing, and palliative care in clients' homes and facilities.

We offer flexible schedules, a 1:1 patient ratio, and a comprehensive benefits package. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is paid in two increments, with reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of work experience as a CNA or Hospice Aide.
• Must be listed on the PA Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Must demonstrate the ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.
• Criminal background check completed.
• Meet all state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Perform light housekeeping and hygiene tasks.
• Bathing and grooming care.
• Toileting assistance and nail care.
• Range of motion exercises and transfers.
• Assist with oral feeding and meal prep.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes.
• Support home management tasks and medication assistance.

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Nurses Aide, CNA for a full-timeopportunity to complete hospice visits to clients in facilities and homes located throughout Berks County.

As a Hospice CNA, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides home health aide, skilled nursing and palliative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the care required to remain in homes and facilities.

*Sign on bonus to be paid in 2 increments at 6 months and 1 year.

A Certified Nurse Aide must:

• Have at least one year of work experience
• Must be listed on the PA Aide Registry, active and in good standing.

• Meet all state requirements
